Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are based upon one pick up/drop off point within Cambridge City

  • Airport Parking - Charged at cost

  • Congestion Charge - Charged at cost where applicable

  • Road Tolls - Included in prices

  • Waiting - One hours waiting included in prices and thereafter at £5/15 minutes

  • Waiting applies one hour after flight has landed

  • Credit Cards - Credit card transactions incur a 5% handling fee and must be in advance through the office

  • Corporate Accounts - 30 Day Accounts are available subject to a 10% Administration fee plus VAT

  • Cancellation Fees - If over 24 hours notice given there is no charge.
    12-24 hours are charged at 50% and less than 12 hours at 100%
